Hussain Sajwani graduated from Washington University with bachelors of Economics before moving to GASCO company as a contracts manager. He later moved to the Abu Dhabi National Oil company and worked for a short period before quitting to set up his food service industry in 1982. The food service firm grew so fast attracting many clients such as Bechtel and the US military. Hussain Sajwani still maintains the firm which serves over 150,000 people in a day at handles a minimum of 200 projects in each day.
