The Sunsets On Luiz Carlos Trabuco’s Presidency At Bradesco

Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi with his low key style and effective leadership skills has been adding value to Bradesco from the time he joined the financial giant in 1969.

Entrepreneur of the year in 2015 for the closing of a $5.2 billion deal, the largest that year, Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi has announced the new president will be Octavio de Lazari Junior. Octavio de Lazari Junior will be removed from his current position on the Board of Directors, which he was elected to in 2012. Octavio de Lazari Junior attended Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Osasco and earned a Graduates degree in Economics. Wrapping up his academic career with a specialization in Financial Strategies and Marketing Fundacao Instituto de Administracao, Octavio de Lazari Junior began his path to the president in 1978. Octavio de Lazari Junior would be an Agency Manager before becoming the Director of Credit at Bradesco. Octavio de Lazari Junior, while Director of Credit focused his department on medium and smaller companies. Mr. Octavio de Lazari Junior would, in 2010 become the Department Director of Loans and Financing. It was in 2012 Octavio de Lazari Junior joined the Board of Directors, and now that he will be president must step down according to Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi.

Before his almost ten years as the president, Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi was the Chief Executive and Vice President of Bradesco. Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi also was the Executive Director and President of Bradesco’s private pension company, a position he held from 1992 to 1998.
